With over 40 years in public relations, tourism, and business development, Terrance brings a wealth of experience to TLR Consulting Services. His career journey began in journalism and progressed to leadership positions within The Bahamas' tourism sector, including roles with the Lucayan Renewal Holdings Ltd., Hotel Corporation of the Bahamas, The Tourism Development Corporation, The Grand Bahama Island Promotion Board and The Grand Bahama Tourist Office. Throughout his career, he has consistently driven tourism growth, attracted investment, and enhanced the reputation of the organizations he served.

Beyond his professional achievements, Terrance is deeply committed to serving Grand Bahama. He has played a key role in economic development initiatives, tourism boards, and community organizations, including the Grand Lucayan Resort Negotiating Committee, the Grand Bahama Junkanoo Committee, and the Grand Bahama Red Cross.
